We're on the hunt for a sharp, high-energy Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager who lives at the intersection of finance, technology and Insurtech. You're the one who turns messy problems into elegant solutions, moves fast without breaking things, and gets a real thrill from shipping. If you thrive in a fully remote, high-trust environment, speak fluent tech and business, and wield tools like Postman and Python like a pro — we want you on the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own projects end to end — requirements discovery and scoping, planning, tracking milestones and keeping teams on time and on budget.
Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover, analyse and document business requirements — turning ambiguity into a clear, actionable delivery plan.
Translate business needs into crisp technical specifications, user stories and delivery roadmaps.
Champion data-driven solutions and gap analyses that streamline and elevate how we work.
Design and execute API test cases in Postman, and build advanced Excel models that turn data into decision-ready insight.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming and issue tracking in JIRA to keep delivery humming.
Manage timelines, dependencies and risks across concurrent workstreams so analysis translates cleanly into delivery.
Rally stakeholders across finance, product and engineering around a shared vision and clear priorities.
Track KPIs, surface insights and proactively flag risks to steer strategic decisions.
Safeguard compliance and audit readiness through structured, high-quality documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 10 years of experience spanning both Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager responsibilities.
Strong business analysis and project management skills - from requirements discovery through planning, prioritising and steering delivery across competing priorities.
Proven track record delivering projects and analysis in financial systems or Insurtech environments.
Exceptional communication - responsive, clear and confident with technical and business audiences alike.
Hands-on technical skills across Postman, Python, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and JIRA.
Sharp analytical mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail.
Self-driven and thrives working independently in a fast-paced remote setup.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
